MEASURED · Bench test Aug 14 2026 on the actual tour product (1 m sample, Advatek PixLite A4-S Mk3 + series meter): 0.96 A/m · 23.04 W/m at 100% RGB white, 24 VDC, 120 LEDs/m addressed as 20 px/m. All loads below use the measured figure; size PSUs and cabling with headroom above it. Rope measured at 0.45 kg/m, planned at 0.5 kg/m for margin.

Seven PWR-NJCT fly in the truss, one per pickup column, feeding every rope in the group via two 24V DC wires on NL4 down a drop: at the four DS/US columns the drop rides a cable retractor beside the Wahlberg Winch 50 (rigging only, no power or data pass-through); at AP 1/2/3 the pickup is a chain motor that stays static, so the drop is a fixed cable on the black pickup cable. Five PXL-CTRL sit at the run start points. Each ~9–10 m segment is fed from both ends.

Full white worst case at the measured 23.04 W/m (0.96 A/m at 24 V — Aug 14 2026 bench test, 1 m sample, Cen-Tech meter in series; apply headroom above the measured max for PSU/cable sizing). Mains draw is ~36 A at 120V total, taken by the PSU/controller racks on deck; 24V DC is what travels down each winch on NL4. Weights are rope only at the KG3-measured 0.5 kg/m — add rigging rings at 0.5 kg per group of 4 (0.25 kg per group of 2) and the negligible 1 m factory leads.
